Exercise

To practice what you just learned, the goal of this exercise will be to create a contact form. Your form must contain:

• A field for the first/last name
• A field for the email
• A drop-down list for the subject of the message (feel free to choose the subjects)
• A text area for the message
• A checkbox to receive a copy of the email
