Terms of Sale

1. Introduction

These terms of sale apply to all commercial transactions carried out on the Code-Garage website, between, on the one hand, Nicolas Brondin-Bernard, the site's publisher, and, on the other hand, any individual or legal entity wishing to subscribe to a paid monthly subscription to the Code-Garage online learning platform, hereinafter referred to as the "User".

2. Purpose

The purpose of this contract is to define the terms and conditions under which the User may subscribe to a paid monthly subscription on the Code-Garage website.

3. Price and payment

Courses can be purchased individually at the price (excluding promotions) of €19.99 including tax, or through a monthly or annual subscription.

Subscription prices are set (excluding promotions) as follows:

• Individual monthly subscription: €29.99 including tax / month
• Individual annual subscription: €249.99 including tax / year

Payment is made monthly by credit card via the secure Stripe payment system. The subscription amount is charged at the start of each period.

Should prices change in the future, subscriptions already taken out will not be affected as long as they are maintained.

4. Subscription duration

The subscription takes effect from the date of subscription and is automatically renewed at each period. The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their account.

However, the subscription will end at the end of the current period, and the User will not be entitled to any refund for the current period, unless they are able to prove that the renewal email was not received within the legal timeframe.

5. Content and features

The subscription gives the User access to all premium content on the Code-Garage website and unlocks certain additional features. Access to content is unlimited for the duration of the subscription. However, Code-Garage reserves the right to modify or remove certain content at any time, without notice.

6. Liability and warranty

Code-Garage undertakes to provide a quality service. However, it cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions to the service. Code-Garage shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Code-Garage website or its content.

7. Personal data protection

Code-Garage undertakes to comply with current legislation on personal data protection. The User has the right to access, rectify and delete their data. 8. Intellectual property

The Code-Garage website and its content (text, images, videos, etc.) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the site or its content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to settle it amicably. Failing that, any dispute relating to these terms of sale shall be brought before the competent courts.

10. Acceptance of the terms of sale

By subscribing on the Code-Garage website, the User acknowledges having read and accepted these terms of sale without reservation.
